Pricing

All the products listed on the Site will be sold at MRP unless otherwise specified. The prices mentioned at the time of ordering be the prices charged on the date of the delivery. Although prices of most of the products do not fluctuate on a daily basis but some of the commodities and fresh food prices do change on a daily basis. In case the prices are higher or lower on the date of delivery additional charges will be collected or refunded as the case may be at the time of the delivery of the order.

Modification of Terms & Conditions of Service

Veneto Foods LLP may at any time modify the Terms & Conditions of Use of the Website without any prior notification to you. You can access the latest version of these Terms & Conditions at any given time on the Site. You should regularly review the Terms & Conditions on the Site. In the event the modified Terms & Conditions is not acceptable to you, you should discontinue using the Service. Shipping And Return Policy
DISCLAIMER
All products and shipping related concerns will be entertained within 48 hours of delivery only.

RETURN, REFUND AND TITLE:
Veneto Foods LLP does not take title to returned items. Any case of refund or cancellation is at sole discretion of Veneto Foods LLP.

In case of refund, refund is processed within 10 working days, order to claim the refund proper document evidence and track history is necessary.

In case of natural calamity or unforeseen circumstances if delivery gets delayed or cancelled only value of product be refunded, no shipping charges will be refunded.

Once the order processes for dispatch, cancellation is not allowed.

GENERAL SHIPPING RULES
1. All order placed post 4:00 pm shall be processed on the next day and delivered to you as per given timelines.

2. Any order placed/booked on late weekend i.e. on Saturday post 4:00 pm will be automatically processed for dispatch on Monday or on next working day evening. There is no courier service or pickups on Sunday or an any government holiday, thus we have restricted dispatch timelines due to limited shelf life of our products.

3. Orders booked during any festival months, might be delayed in dispatch/delivery in comparison to its normal delivery timelines due to several reasons like, shortage of stock, overloaded shipments for delivery.

I4. Shipping details while booking should be correct and any delay in delivery due to wrong details will be the sole responsibility of the customer only.

GRIEVANCE CELL:
1. All product and shipping related concerns will be entertained within 24 hours of delivery only.

2. Pictures of concerned is must.

OTHER IMPORTANT POINTS
1. In case where billing address and shipping address is different all necessary information such as address, nearby location, contact person name and contact number should be provided for smooth delivery process

Cancellation by Site / Customer
You as a customer, can cancel your order anytime up to the cut-off time of the slot i.e before the product gets dispatched for which you have placed an order by calling our customer service or directly on the website. If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which defies the terms & conditions of using the website, we at our sole discretion could cancel such orders. We will maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and customers and would deny access to them or cancel any orders placed by them.
