Calino Pancake Mix is adapted to suit the Indian taste and does not require the accompaniment of honey, maple syrup etc. Now fluffy, spongy, American style pancakes can be easily made using Calino pancake mix with simple “Just Add Water” recipe. Whole wheat flour and added wheat bran fiber make it more a highly nutritious and delicious breakfast.

Directions:

For four pancakes, mix 100 gm of Calino Pancake Mix with about 80 ml water into a smooth batter. Batter should not be too thick or too runny. Heat a pan on low flame. Grease the pan lightly with little oil. Pour a ladle full of mixed batter onto the heated pan. Cook on the low flame until the upper side of the batter becomes sufficiently thick and dry. It takes about 2 minutes for the same. Turn and cook the other side for about 2 minutes or until golden brown on low flame and serve
